Mushroom and Cheese Casserole


2 8 oz pkgs mushrooms (sliced)
1 lb roll of sausage
1 stick butter
1 tsp garlic powder (to taste if you need more.  ps... i use finely minced fresh garlic)
1 lb jack cheese (shredded)
finely chopped parsley (a couple of tablespoons)

Fry out the sausage until crumbly brown.  Drain excess grease.
Assemble the sausage and mushrooms in a flat casserole dish.  Drizzle melted garlic butter over the sausage and mushrooms and top with the entire packet of jack cheese.  Bake until cheese is melted (aprox 20 min at 350 deg). 

Serve hot
